Grape - Aglianico 

Fresh and fruity lighter red wine with a dry, very fine warm flavor.

Served often with lamb, dishes with eggplant or zucchini, and bitter sweet chocolate or nut desserts.

Grape - Magliocco and Cabernet

70% Magliocco 30% Cabernet

Wine that is full and structured with a taste that is wide and concentrated. Grown and fermented for decades on our 102 year old vineyard, this wine is developed with a proprietary recipe by the fourth generation of Calabrian winemakers. 

Compliments dishes served with beef, lamb and pasta as well as burgers.

Grape - Magliocco

70% Magliocco, 30% Cabernet

A bight red berry finish is the hallmark of this refreshing, medium-bodied wine.

Pairs well with pancetta, Pasta Bolognese, spaghetti pomodoro (with tomato sauce) and Margareta pizza.

Grape - Magliocco-Gaglioppo

70% Magliocco, 30% Gaglioppo

A spicy scented, smooth, and easy red wine with a warm and balanced flavor.

Recommended pairing with spiced lamb, pork and braised short ribs.

Grape - Mogliocco

Elegant aromas of fresh fruit and fine floral notes.  Fermented in oak barrels for 4 years and then in bottles for another 2 before being released for sale and consumption. Very enjoyable when released with good persistence on the palate.

Recommended by Wine Researcher to served with mushroom dishes, smoked fish and zabaglione.

Grape-Anglianico

Full and structured with an extremely persistent taste and good aging potential.

Pairs well with rich meats such as prime rib, grilled steaks and BBQ.

Grape- Greco Bianco

Lovely lighter wine with elegant aromas of fresh fruit and fine floral notes.

A perfect match for dishes with fresh tomatoes in sauces, pastas with shellfish, salads and aperitifs.

Grape - Montonico

A well balanced and elegant white wine characterized by a sweet, rich and complex aroma of fruit jam.  This wine is the exclusive product with the DOC designation in Calabria.

The sweetness of this wine allows it to pair extremely well with cheesecake and cannolis.

Grape - Anglianico

A pretty, fresh and fruity slightly effervescent wine with a pleasant finish.

Served commonly with grilled poultry, lamb and pork as well as dishes cooked with tomatoes.

Grape - Chardonnay

Sparkling white wine with a warm and balanced flavor that is welcome at every celebration. The French champenoise method is used to create this special wine.  The Chardonnay grapes remain on the vine to soak in the warm Calabrian sun and develop strong plants which produces bountiful harvests.

Pairs well with lobster, clams, mussels, meaty fish, poultry, pork and vegetarian dishes.

Grape-Chardonnay

A delicious sparkling white wine that is made using the traditional French Champagne Method. The crisp fruitful refreshing flavor will be fabulous at any celebration.  Pairs well with seafood, poultry, steak and vegetarian dishes.  

Pairs well with lighter braised meats and seafood.

Grape - Anglianco 

Sparkling rosé wine that's fresh, fruity and deliciously crisp with a clean finish.  The anglianico grape is a highly prized Italian fruit which yields delicious wine.  The clear rose color is achieved through limited contact with the grape skin during the initial fermentation process.

Pairs well with lighter braised meats and seafood.

In the second half of the 20th century, Italy established a series of laws to safeguard the quality and authenticity of their wines.

These safeguards take the form of protected zones where growers and producers must adhere to strict regulations in order to be certified by these laws.  The laws also govern things like the type of grapes used, alcohol content, and how long the wine is aged.  DOC and IGT are two certification categories.

Denominazione di Origine Controllata, DOC, wines abound through Italy.  Rules governing quality and authenticity are strict.

indicazione Geografica Tipica, IGT, wines are not required to meet all the same rigorous DOC standards but nevertheless yield a great tasting product.

Italian wines with no certification are considered common table wines.
